Sometimes when that email I just sent appears in the Sent Mail folder the ![]() In my Sent Mail folder view I have the field "Flag Status" as one of the column headers so I can see which emails are flagged. Mail folder and look at the email in the list. I create a new email and before I send it I click the "Follow Up" down down box in the Tags section of the ribbon and select a follow up time ("Next week" for instance). In my business email account it seems to be the bigger The problem is intermittent, but most of the time does not work. ![]() One is for business, one is for personal. I bit more about my set up: I have two Hosted Exchange accounts from the same provider (Sherweb). I have not made any changes to my system, other than the automatic updates that Microsoft does for Windows and Office.
